Our house rules, in plain language. They exist for one reason: to keep the studio peaceful and every guest and therapist safe and comfortable.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service will be declined to guests presenting a contagious skin condition or fever, guests who are intoxicated or impaired by marijuana or other prohibited controlled substances — including arriving with the smell of marijuana — and anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior or harassing a massage therapist.
We fully respect what you do on your own time. But strong scents — liquor, marijuana, heavy perfume — carry into a small, quiet space, and many guests find them hard to relax around. Out of respect for everyone's personal space, please arrive fresh. Thank you for understanding.
Personal belongings
Please keep your personal possessions with you and secure at all times. Yoshino Massage accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items.
Discounts, special offers & gift cards
Redeeming a special offer, discount card, or third-party gift card? Please let us know when you book and again when you check in.
Promotions can't be combined — one discount per transaction. If more than one applies, you're welcome to use whichever has the highest value. Punch-card discounts are calculated from the original non-member price of the service.
Quiet environment
The studio is a tranquil space built for rest. Please keep noise to a minimum: set your phone to silent, use headphones rather than speakers, and step outside for voice calls. Loud conversation, audio or video playback, and disruptive behavior aren't permitted inside the studio.
Reservation confirmations
So that every guest receives attentive, on-time service, we may contact you by phone call or text message to confirm your reservation after you book. If we can't reach you and the confirmation isn't completed, the appointment is no longer guaranteed and may be released by our system. Plans changed? Just give us a call — we'll rebook you.
